Efrain was last seen on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 11 am leaving his residence.
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and brown pants.
Efrain is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: Hispanic.
• HAIR: Grey.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 10.
• WEIGHT: 160 pounds.
