Lilian was last seen on Friday, January 27, 2017 at her residence on Southern Boulevard.
She was last seen wearing a green jacket, blue shirt, black jeans and white Adidas sneakers.
Lilian is described as:
• Gender: Female.
• Eyes: Brown.
• Hair: Black.
• Height: 5 feet 2.
• Weight: 120 pounds.
