UPDATE: The NY Daily News has reported that a body pulled from the Hudson River has been identified as East Harlem mother, Yuridia Merino who has been missing since January 2017. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Yuridia’s family and friends in this devastating time.
ORIGINAL ARTICLE: EAST HARLEM — The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 32 year old Yuridia Merino out of the East Harlem, New York area.
Yuridia was last seen on Friday, January 13, 2017. She was last seen preaching on a corner to people walking near East 96th Street.
She was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket.
Yuridia is described as:
• Gender: Female.
• Eyes: Brown.
• Hair: Brown.
• Height: 4 feet 11.
• Weight: 120 pounds.
